Terms & booking policy

These terms cover appointments and services at BEEs Day Spa (Bees Beauty LLC) in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Booking an appointment means you agree to the policies below. They're here simply so every client is treated fairly and the studio can run smoothly.
Booking appointments
Appointments are booked online through Square or by phone. Because BEEs Day Spa is a private, one-on-one studio, every booking reserves time set aside just for you.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Plans change, and we understand. Because each appointment is reserved one-on-one, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to hold future appointments.
Late arrivals
If you're running late, please call or text (208) 889-4157. We'll always do our best to accommodate you, though your treatment may be shortened so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
About our services
The treatments at BEEs Day Spa are esthetic services, not medical procedures, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Results vary from person to person, and not every treatment is suitable for everyone. Please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, medications or skin conditions when you book, and check with your healthcare provider if you're unsure whether a treatment is right for you. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service when it's in the best interest of your skin and safety.
Pricing
Prices listed on this site are current at the time of publishing and may change. The price confirmed at booking is the price that applies to your appointment.
Gift & payment
Payment is collected at the time of service or as arranged through Square at booking.
