Where is BEEs Day Spa located?
BEEs Day Spa is at 610 W Hubbard Ave, Suite 211, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814, a private one-on-one studio with licensed esthetician Brianna Samsel.
What are your hours?
We are open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm. Saturdays and Sundays are available by appointment, and Mondays are closed. Because it is a solo studio, everything is by appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
The easiest way is to book online any time using the Book button, which opens our live scheduling, where you can see real openings and reserve your spot. You can also call or text (208) 889-4157.
Do you take walk-ins?
BEEs Day Spa is a private one-on-one studio, so all visits are by appointment. Booking ahead online or by phone makes sure your time is reserved just for you.
I'm new to facials. Which treatment should I start with?
If you are not sure where to begin, the Emerald Radiance Facial or a Mini Facial are great first visits. Brianna will look at your skin, talk through your goals, and tailor the treatment from there. You are welcome to message ahead with questions.
Do you offer sugaring instead of waxing?
Yes. BEEs Day Spa sugars rather than waxes. Sugaring uses an all-natural paste of just sugar, water and lemon applied at body temperature, so it tends to be gentler and less irritating than hot wax for most people.
What is a HydraFacial and is there any downtime?
A HydraFacial cleanses, gently exfoliates, extracts and hydrates the skin in one treatment, usually with no downtime, and most people return to their day right after, often with an immediate glow.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Come with clean skin if you can, and arrive a few minutes early so we can start relaxed. For some treatments it helps to pause strong exfoliants or retinol for a few days beforehand. If that applies to your service, we will let you know when you book.
What products do you use?
We work with clean, professional lines we genuinely trust, including organic Laurel Skincare, Comfort Zone and Prakash Organics, plus HydraFacial and AnteAGE for results-driven treatments.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available and make a lovely gift for the skincare lover in your life. Reach out or mention it when you book, and we'll help you set one up.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes, we offer membership pricing on select services. Ask Brianna for the current details, and she'll let you know what makes sense for the treatments you love.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else. Full booking and cancellation details are shown when you book online and on our Terms & Booking Policy page.
